Gee, Thanks

I got a pair of emails today telling me that I'd allegedly sent virus infected email to someone at prognostics.com, a domain I hadn't heard of until today. The best part is at the end:

If this message was sent to you in error, we apologize. Many worms now "spoof" the true sender's email address, making it difficult to track.

Thank you.

To me, this is tantamount to saying "We're not ignorant, just stupid, and proud of it!", but that's just me. I'm not sure if that's "confidential and privileged" information, but there it is.
