Hackers and Painters and Athletes
I've been reading a few reviews of Hackers and Painters, so it's funny timing that Peter Provost just posted on Developers and Athletes. I wouldn't know the first thing about being an athlete, I was always the kid who got picked last in gym. Personally, I can't think of two mindsets that are more different. In my experience, most developers tend towards the artist mindset more than the athlete's, but maybe that's just me.
